Sylogist Announces Executive Appointment

Sylogist Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SYZ) ("Sylogist" or the "Company"), a provider of enterprise information management solutions to public and private sector customers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Xavier Shorter to the office of Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2016, subject to regulatory approval.

Most recently, Xavier served as the Director of Finance at Sylogist, where he was responsible for tax planning, execution of various aspects of accounting, and reporting for domestic and international operations. Xavier, a CPA-CA (Canada) and CPA (USA), began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, after receiving his B.S. in Computer Information Systems and M.S. in Accounting from Alabama State University. "
