Tony Robinson named chief financial officer for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and Educational Foundation

He previously served as the director of finance for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis


CARMEL, Ind., Aug. 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tony Robinson was hired as the chief financial officer for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and the Educational Foundation.

In his new position, Robinson will be responsible for financially supporting the strategic direction of both organizations, protecting financial resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Robinson previously served for seven years as director of finance for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. In 2002, Robinson joined the Lambda Chi Alpha staff for the first time as the controller and was promoted to director of business affairs.

Robinson earned an MBA from Butler University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1999 from Purdue University. He also holds a certified public accountant license, the accounting professions highest standard of competence and a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality.
