Den 22 juli 2016 offentliggjorde Kvalitena AB (publ) ("Bolaget") intentionen att inleda ett skriftligt förfarande för obligationsinnehavarna att överväga en begäran om att ändra vissa villkor i Bolagets SEK 600 000 000 obligationslån.
Tidsperioden för svar i det skriftliga förfarandet löpte ut den 16 augusti 2016 kl. 17:00 (CET).
Obligationsinnehavarnas agent, Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), har bekräftat att tillräckligt antal röster har inkommit för att bilda quorum och att den föreslagna begäran godkändes i enlighet med obligationsvillkorens regler för omröstning.

On 22 July 2016, Kvalitena AB (publ) (the "Company") announced the intention to initiate a procedure in writing for the noteholders to consider a request to permit certain amendments to the terms of the Company's SEK 600,000,000 notes.
The time for reply in the written procedure expired on 16 August 2016 at 17:00 (CET).
The agent for the noteholders, Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), has confirmed that a sufficient number of votes have been obtained to form a quorum and that the proposed resolution was approved according to the voting requirements of the terms and conditions of the notes.
