The management of Arco Vara AS has named Kristel Tumm as the Group’s new CFO. Kristel Tumm (1971) has graduated from the University of Tartu in finance and obtained an MBA from Lehigh University in the USA.
Kristel Tumm worked as an investment banker in Hansabank Group in 1995-2001 and as the CFO of Elcogen in 2002-2016.
Group’s former CFO Marek Pontus’ employment contract will end on 31 August 2016.

„Arco Vara intends to double its business by 2018, and then double it further by 2022. On the one hand, it is important to offer the clients such real estate and services that are useful for them and that they are willing to pay for. On the other hand, especially regarding development, it is necessary to find and manage capital in a way that allows to increase volumes. To meet these challenges, we must strengthen the international management team of Arco Vara. While doing that, we will keep the good standard of Group’s financial reporting that we have reached as a result of Marek Pontus’ good work and will aim to further improve investor reporting.”
