Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 22.8.2016 at 9.30

Componenta’s Sweden business area will be divided into two separate business, the Främmestad machine shop business and the Wirsbo forge business. As part of the change, the following appointments have been made.

Fredric Lindahl, 45, has been appointed Managing Director of Componenta Främmestad AB and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. He will start in his position on 22 August, 2016. Previously he has worked as Key Account Manager at Componenta.

Mikael Schill, 38, has been appointed Managing Director of Componenta Wirsbo AB and Componenta Arvika AB and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. He will start in his position on 22 August, 2016. Previously, he has worked as Business Unit Controller, Componenta Wirsbo AB and Componenta Arvika AB.

They both report to CEO and President Harri Suutari.

“Dividing the Sweden business area proved to be advisable as these are two separate business units without any joint activities. Also, the measure will increase the top management focus on development of these business units and make the management structure leaner,” says CEO and President Harri Suutari.

Juha Alhonoja, SVP, Sweden business area, has decided to pursue his career outside Componenta Group.
