The Nomination Committee, which is appointed in accordance with the principles
adopted by the Annual General Meeting December 18, 2015, consists of:

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the
Annual General Meeting November 17, 2016 may do so by sending an e-mail to
valberedning@academedia.se. Proposals shall, in order to be taken into
consideration by the Committee, be submitted by 29 September, 2016.
