Fabasoft Schweiz AG, a 100% subsidiary company of Fabasoft AG with its
headquarters in Linz, participated in tendering procedures of the Swiss
Federal Chancellery for the service contract (1432) 104 WTO GEVER with an
approximate volume of CHF 67.0 million at a term of 12-14 years, with the
volume not spreading in a linear manner throughout this period but accruing
to about half of the commissioned services in the years up to 2018 in terms
of value. This volume follows from the guarantee credit message to the
Swiss parliament based on which the awarding authority considers the
project fully financed.

As announced by an ad-hoc notification published on 27 May 2015, the
awarding authority did not award the contract to Fabasoft Switzerland, and
Fabasoft Switzerland lodged an appeal against this decision with the Swiss
Federal Administrative Court.

The decision of the Federal Administrative Court regarding this appeal was
issued without oral proceedings and has been served today.

The appeal was dismissed and the contract award decision was confirmed,
i.e. Fabasoft is not being awarded the contract.

This decision of the Federal Administrative Court is not yet final and may
be challenged by Fabasoft Switzerland within 30 days by means of an appeal
to the Federal Court. Upon initial consultation, Fabasoft does not plan to
lodge such an appeal so that it can be expected that the decision will
become final. However, Fabasoft will still seek professional advice before
the end of the appeal period on 23 September 2016.

Fabasoft assumes based on information available today that significant
services from existing contractual relationships, particularly also from
continuing obligations, can continue to be provided in the years up to and
including 2017. In the past few months, Fabasoft has been able to acquire
welcome new business with the Swiss Federal Administration in areas that
are not related to the bid. It can nevertheless not be ruled out that the
business of Fabasoft Schweiz AG with the Swiss Federal Administration may
decline.
