In accordance with the documents received, Nasdaq Riga started the procedure for listing SIA VIA SMS Group bonds on Baltic Bond list.

Till now VIA SMS Group has issued 5 605 bonds with the total nominal value of 5 605 000 EUR, these bonds have been listed on Baltic Bond list as of August 18, 2016. According to the bond issue prospectus VIA SMS Group has a right to issue additionally 695 bonds till August 25, 2016, by reaching a total issue size 6 300 000 EUR.
Settlement date for additionally issued 3 648 bonds for which the Listing Application has been received has been set to August 25, 2016.
