On 25th August 2016 a total of 500 bonds with an initial nominal value of EUR 1,000 will be issued, sttlement date for additionally issued bonds is set on 25th August 2016. The coupon rate is 12.5% per annum with three year repayment term of the principal as a lump sum on maturity date 25 May 2019. In accordance with the issue prospectus, SIA “VIA SMS Group” may issue additional 695 bonds by 25 August 2016, total amount of issue of bonds are EUR 6'300'000. The bonds were assigned securities identification number (ISIN) LV0000802064, the issue prospectus was registered by the FCMC on 6 July 2016. Issue of bonds are made to refinance previous issue of bonds.
It is planned to include SIA VIA SMS Group additionally issued 500 bonds into JSC “Nasdaq Riga’ Baltic bond list.
