AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” informs that on August 24th, 2016 the Council of the Financial and Capital Market Commission considered the question on breach of the deadline for publication of the financial statement of AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” for year 2015, and for infringement of the provisions of the first paragraph and fifth paragraph of Article 56 of the Financial Instrument Market Law, decided to issue a warning to AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava”.
