Bad Vilbel, August 26, 2016 - The shareholder meeting of STADA Arzneimittel
AG has today resolved with 55.98 percent of the votes cast to remove the
chairman of the supervisory board Dr. Martin Abend as a member of the
company's supervisory board with effect as of the conclusion of the
shareholder meeting on 26 August 2016.

All four candidates proposed by the Supervisory Board for election to the
Supervisory Board, Dr. Birgit Kudlek, Tina Müller, Dr. Gunnar Riemann and
Rolf Hoffmann have been elected.
