THE NEW SHARES OF PLC UUTECHNIC GROUP OYJ HAVE BEEN REGISTERED TO THE TRADE REGISTER
542.000 new shares, subscribed in the Share Issue resolved by the meeting of Board of Directors of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj, held 6 June 2016, have been registered to the Trade Register on 29 August 2016. The new shares shall carry shareholder rights in the Company as of their registration with the Trade Register.
After the new shares have been registered, the number of the shares of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj is 56.505.210 and the number of voting rights of all the shares of the Company is 56.505.210. The shares registered to Trade Register shall become a subject to public trading approximately on 30 August 2016.
