QPR’s newest international customer is a leading home furniture retailer in Saudi Arabia with over 30 years of experience in the field. QPR delivers customer a powerful and easy to use software solution for strategy execution and quality management. The deal is a significant market opening for QPR Software in Saudi Arabian market, where demand for software solutions in strategy execution and quality management is strongly increasing in both public and private sector.
The unique value of the QPR software solution is the ability to combine both strategy execution and quality management. The solution enables customer to monitor and manage strategy execution and align operations with strategy.
The automated strategy execution and performance management solution is enabled by QPR’s software called QPR Metrics. Customer uses QPR Metrics to monitor and manage strategic objectives, KPIs and initiatives to ensure successful implementation of the strategy. QPR Metrics will also be used for operational performance management including process KPIs.
Quality management part of the solution is implemented using QPR’s software called QPR ProcessDesigner. Customer uses QPR ProcessDesigner to model and communicate business processes and related procedures to ensure efficiency in operations and alignment with strategy.
The implementation of the QPR solution is carried out in co-operation with QPR’s local value-added reseller, Leaders Solutions.
