Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of September 2, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 4,888,307 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1,480.7 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
