QPR Software’s newest multinational customer is a member of Fortune 500, offering services to customers globally from over 50 locations worldwide. The Company identified process mining as a new opportunity for enhancing the profitability and continuity of its business, especially in the business process outsourcing services offered to their own customers. The Company chose QPR ProcessAnalyzer for its unique set of features enabled by the patented process mining technology. The three-year contract is worth approximately EUR 250 thousand.
The Company intends to use QPR ProcessAnalyzer for continuously monitoring the business process services provided to its customers. This helps the Company to improve the efficiency and quality of their services, and to proactively ensure that service-level agreements are met. QPR ProcessAnalyzer automatically generates a variety of visual analyses for discovering process flow charts, variations, bottlenecks and KPIs based on the customer’s operational data.
