EQT acquires Elliott’s shares in IFS


IFS has been informed by EQT VII that EQT, through IGT Holding IV, has entered
into an agreement to acquire Elliott’s shares in IFS at a price of SEK 396.73
per share and that EQT VII thereby will hold approximately 97 percent of the
shares in IFS.
IFS notes that IGT Holding has stated that they intend to initiate compulsory
acquisition proceedings and promote delisting of IFS’s shares from Nasdaq
Stockholm. When any such actions have been formally initiated and resolved, IFS
will make the relevant announcements.
