Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of September 9, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 5,088,432 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1,539.1 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
