Reference is made to the Final Terms dated 20 August 2014 for the Notes with ISIN DK0030345269 issued by Nordea Bank Finland Plc under Nordea Bank AB (publ)’s and Nordea Bank Finland Plc’s Structured Note Programme. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Final Terms.
In the table in Part B, item 7, of the Final Terms, the source for past and future performance data relating to the Reference Asset is stated as Reuters page ECB 37.
The European Central Bank has stressed that as of 1 July 2016 its reference rates are to be regarded as a public good for individual citizens and institutions, in order to safeguard a high level of integrity and to underline that the reference rates are intended to be used solely as a reference for information, the ECB strongly discourages market participants to use them for transaction purposes.
In accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer has determined that a Hedging Disruption has occurred and effective as of 30 August 2016 the Final Terms are amended as follows:
- In Part A, item 32 (iv), Valuation Time will read: “16:00 UK Time (for Reuters page WMR) and 2:30 p.m. Mumbai Time (for Reuters page RBIB)”.
- In the table in Part B, item 7, of the Final Terms, the source for past and future performance data will read: “Reuters page WMR fix and Reuters page RBIB”.
