Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S today has received information from ATP that it has reduced its shareholdings in IC Group A/S.
As a result of this reduction, ATP has a shareholding in IC Group A/S constituting:
1,219,973 shares of DKK 10 each
corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 12,199,730 or 7.15% of the total number of shares issued and voting rights.
