On 15th September 2016, UAB Merko bustas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a preliminary sales-purchase agreement with UAB Hekon, subsidiary of Orbis S.A., to sell upon completion the “ibis” hotel building and parking premises to be built on the land plot currently owned by UAB Merko bustas.
UAB Merko bustas will perform through UAB Merko statyba the design and construction works of a hotel at the land plot located at Ceikiniu street 3, Vilnius. The “ibis” hotel with 164 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar and 2 meeting rooms will be compliant to Accor standards.
The total sales price for the “ibis” hotel building and land shall not exceed the sum of EUR 8.5 million euros plus value added tax.
The final sale-purchase agreement shall be executed after fulfillment of all the conditions laid down in the preliminary agreement, until June 30, 2018.
