On 16. September 2016, the Company releases the re-publication of the annual report for the year 2015 with Auditor`s conclusion.
Under the conditions and payment terms of the Credit line contract and Loan contract signed with the credit institution JSC Citadele banka there have been done following adjustments to:
(a) balance sheet items in liabilities:
3. Long-term creditors
4. Short-term creditors
(b) following appendixes:
(19) Long-term loans from credit institutions
(20) Short-term loans from credit institutions
(30) Events after the end of reporting period
(31) Eventual liabilities, pledges and guarantees
These adjustments influenced short- and long-term liabilities of the Company, but there are no changes in the total amount of these liabilities, as well as other indices of the annual statement correspond to indices of the disclosed the annual statement for the year 2015 previously on 29.04.2016.
