Registration of share capital reduction in the Commercial Register and disbursements


On 16 September 2016 the decrease of the share capital of Nordecon AS was registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolution adopted by the general meeting of shareholders held on 25 May 2016. 

Pursuant to the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders the share capital will be decreased by 971,264.49 euros from 20,691,704.91 euros to 19,720,440.42 euros. The share capital will be decreased by reducing the book value of the shares by 0.03 euro. The total number of the shares of the company will not change and the book value of shares shall be reduced proportionately to the reduction of the share capital. As a result of the decrease of the share capital, the share capital of Nordecon AS will be 19,720,440.42 euros that is divided into 32,375,483 shares with book value.

The share capital reduction in the amount of 922,701.84 euros (0.03 euro per share) will be paid out to the shareholders on 19 December 2016. For the own shares owned by Nordecon AS no payments shall be made to the company.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive the payments from the reduction of the share capital was fixed on 8 June 2016 at 11:59 p.m.
