“Latvijas balzams” JSC Management Board informs, that the contributions received from the shareholders were transferred to Special Purpose Reserves fund for real estate and reorganization related projects development and prevention of related risks at the amount of EUR 5 311 764.
The decision regarding establishment of Special Purpose Reserves fund was adopted by extraordinary meeting of shareholders of “Latvijas balzams” JSC at 8th of September, 2016.
