Important Notification to Bond Holders of Enterprise Holdings Limited - In
Administration (EHL)
On 23 September 2016 Stephen Leonard Conn and Jonathan Avery-Gee were
appointed Administrators of EHL by the High Court in England which
confirmed that the centre of main interest for EHL is now in the U.K.
Jurisdiction for all applications affecting EHL is now in the U.K.
It is the Administrators' role to preserve and protect the assets of EHL
and their obligation to act in the best interests of all the creditors of
EHL. In light of the competing interests potentially affecting the assets
of EHL, no payments will be made to any creditors or claimants whilst the
Administrators conduct their investigations into the insolvency of EHL and
what steps can be taken to maximise realisations for the benefit of all
creditors. This will include any interest payments due or becoming due to
Bond Holders of EHL.
A further press release will be issued in the coming days giving details to
all creditors regarding the future conduct of the Administration of EHL.
In the meantime, Bond Holders with specific questions are invited to email
ehlbondholders@cg-recovery.com (in English to facilitate speed of response)
and the Administrators will respond accordingly.
