Ramirent Plc (Business ID 0977135-4) has today received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act according to which the holding of the mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy (Business ID: 1737785-9) in Ramirent Plc has fallen below the threshold of 5 per cent.
On 26 September 2016 the mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy sold 25,045 of Ramirent Plc’s shares. As a result of this the mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy held 5,429,738 shares, which represents 4.995 per cent of Ramirent Plc’s shares and votes.
Ramirent Plc has a total of 108,697,328 shares. The company has only one class of shares and each share entitles to one vote.
