THE 14,523 NEW SERIES A SHARES OF RAUTE CORPORATION REGISTERED AND ADMITTED TO PUBLIC TRADING
The 14,523 new series A shares of Raute Corporation issued to the company itself without consideration, published with the stock exchange release on 28 September 2016, have been registered in the trade register on 5 October 2016.
After the registration of the above mentioned new series A shares the total number of the company’s series A shares is 3,208,951 pcs, of which 14,523 shares are held by the company. The total amount of the company's shares after the registration is 4,200,112 pcs .
The above mentioned new series A shares have been admitted to public trading together with the company’s old series A shares on the stock exchange list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 6 October 2016.
The company is exempted from publishing a prospectus in connection with applying admission to public trading for the above shares based on chapter 4 section 4 subsection 1) of the Securities Market Act.
