As the fourth quarter of the year starts, one company that isn’t slowing down any time soon is Elite Media Communications Inc. For the ninth week in a row, Elite Media continues to remain the number one office in the country from a sales perspective. Heading in to the last quarter of this year, the company has already surpassed 2015’s total production. What’s even more exciting and unbelievable is Elite Media still has three more months left in the year, and those three months happen to be the busiest time of the year in retail. Company President/CEO Leigh Jackson attributes all of the company’s success this year to his highly motivated staff. “We just celebrated our six-year-anniversary, and from a personnel standpoint, this year we have been very fortunate to work with the most talented group of individuals I’ve ever seen. Being able to work along side of them daily, impact them, and aid in the developmental process is very surreal to me, said Jackson.”
Amazingly enough Elite Media isn’t the only one benefitting from its success. September 15, 2016 Elite Media promoted its third staff member from the management-training program, to management. Daniel Carr II started with the company in March and was promoted to management in September. To date, this has been one of the fastest people ever promoted to management at Elite Media. Carr set several sales records en-route to being promoted to management. More impressive, Carr was able to teach, train and develop dozens of individuals. This caught Jackson’s attention because of his unselfish behavior, and thus the separation begun from Carr, and some of the other managers in training. Before Carr joined Elite Media’s illustrious organization he had over a decade of experience managing as many as 50 employees at a time with AT&T affiliate companies in Florida and a couple other cities here in the Midwest region. He decided to relocate to Milwaukee after the third party vendor he was employed by decided to close its doors for business. He didn’t get discouraged; instead he did his research and decided to join Elite Media known for being one of the best marketing/sales firms in the mid west from an integrity and growth perspective.
Elite Media has a goal to finish the year on top. From October 2nd-October 6th, Jackson is rewarding his current assistant manager Casity McIntyre, newly promoted owner Daniel Carr II, and senior recruiter Gina De Leon to the company’s annual R&R trip. Normally the trip takes place in the Caribbean, but due to safety concerns with the Zika Virus the meeting will take place this year in Las Vegas, Nevada. The awards ceremony will be hosted at the five start world-renowned Aria Resort Hotel & Casino. Each individual going has their own hotel suite at the Aria. Jackson believes in rewarding those that work hard, and that all three individuals are very deserving of this privilege. “I’m really excited about returning from Vegas so that we can focus on finishing the year with a bang. There’s a lot of new talent in our office that’s doing well, and I still have one more person to promote to management before the close of the year. I haven’t had much time to think about what’s going on because this year has been a blur. At the end of the year, after we’ve promoted our last manager, and our new talent is hitting their goals, I will be satisfied then, and will begin preparing for 2017, said Jackson.”
