Riga, Latvia, 2016-10-14 12:07 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Information on members’ of the Executive Board of the joint stock company “Rietumu Banka” professional experience was added.
In accordance with the decision of the Council of the joint stock company “Rietumu Banka”, hereinafter referred as the Bank, dated as of October 5, 2016 the existing members of the Executive Board of the Bank Alexander Pankov, Ruslans Stecjuks, Rolf Paul Fuls, Jevgenijs Djugajevs and Ilja Suharenko were re-elected to positions of the members of the Executive Board for the next 3 (three) years.
Alexander Pankov was reappointed as the Chairman of the Executive Board.
At the same time 3 (three) new members of the Executive Board, the long-time employees of the Bank Natalja Perhova, Elena Buraia and Aleksandrs Volosins joined the composition of the Executive Board of the Bank.
One of the previous members of the Executive Board of the Bank Renats Lokomets announced to leave the position of the member of the Executive Board. He will continue to work in the Bank as a consultant of the Council.

Newly elected members of the Executive Board of the joint stock company “Rietumu Banka”, hereinafter referred as the Bank, Nataļja Perhova, Jeļena Buraja and Aleksandrs Vološins are the long-time employees of the Bank. Members of the Executive Board do not own Bank’s shares with voting rights. Members of the Executive Board have higher professional education, professional experience and skills for executing of the duties.
For the last three years N. Perhova took a position of the Head of Bank’s Trade Finance Division, but since August, 2016 N. Perhova is Head of the Bank’s Lending Department.
For the last three years J. Buraja took a position of the Head of Bank’s Division for Dealing with Problematic Loans, but since February, 2016 J. Buraja is Bank’s Vice-President, and since September, 2016 as well Head of the Corporate Finance and Investments Department.
For the last three years A. Vološins took a position of the Head of Bank’s Assets and Liabilities Management Division, but since March, 2016 is Head of the Bank’s Resources Department.
