Extension of the powers of the Members of the Management Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (OÜ Metsailu)

On 14 October 2016, AS Merko Ehitus extended the powers of the group’s subsidiary company OÜ Metsailu management board members: Mr. Tiit Kuusik and Ms. Ines Prual for three years, i.e. from 28th October 2016 till 27th October 2019. The Management Board of OÜ Metsailu will continue in a former two-member panel.
