KHD appoints new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Cologne, Germany, October 18, 2016 - Today the Supervisory Board of KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), Cologne, appointed Mr. Gerold Keune
as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
