Martela Corporation’s financial information in 2017 will be published as follows:
- Financial statements for 2016 on Friday 3 February 2017
- January-March 2017, on Friday 28 April 2017
- January-June 2017, on Wednesday 9 August 2017
- January-September 2017, on Thursday 2 November 2017
The Annual Report for the year 2016 will be published on Martela’s website during week 8.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 14 March 2017 at 3.00 p.m. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 16 January 2017 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.
