The Bank of Lithuania approved the reorganisation of AB Omnitel by way of merger into TEO LT, AB

The Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania upon the requests regarding the reorganisation by AB Omnitel, a holder of the licence of Limited acvities payments institution issued on 28 July 2011, and TEO LT, AB, a holder of the licence of Limited activities electronic money institution issued on 13 October 2016, approved the reorganisation of AB Omnitel by way of merger into TEO LT, AB.
