LEMMINKÄINEN’S 2016 RESULT WILL IMPROVE CLEARLY DUE TO THE REIMBURSEMENTS
RELATED TO THE ASPHALT CARTEL

On 20 October, the Helsinki Court of Appeal has given its decisions in the legal
proceedings concerning damages related to the asphalt cartel. Due to the
reimbursements, Lemminkäinen updates its profit guidance for 2016 announced on 4
February 2016.

New profit guidance

Lemminkäinen estimates that its net sales in 2016 will be on the level of EUR
1.8 billion. Operating profit (IFRS) in 2016 is expected to improve clearly as
compared to 2015 (EUR 37.3 million).
