Akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” hereby informs that a Council meeting of the akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” took place on 20 October 2016 where were adopted the decision to elect Aleksejs Bakanovs as the member of the Board of the akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”.
The current composition of the Board of the akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” is as follows:
- Valerijs Gorjuns (Valērijs Gorjuns), Chairman of the Board;
- Vadims Kolosovs, Member of the Board;
- Regina Vitrjaka (Regīna Vitrjaka), Member of the Board;
- Aleksejs Bakanovs, Member of the Board;
- Andrejs Bockarjovs (Andrejs Bočkarjovs), Member of the Board;
- Romans Maizenbergs (Romāns Maizenbergs), Member of the Board.
Akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” additionaly specifies that:
[1] the member of the Board of the akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” Aleksejs Bakanovs was born in 1982.
[2] the recent 3 years’ experience:
- till September 2014 Aleksejs Bakanovs was the Head of Base Department of SIA “TILTS” (registration number: 50103005351);
- from October 2014 Aleksejs Bakanovs is the Head of Installation of Pile Foundations Department of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”;
- from July 2015 Aleksejs Bakanovs is the Member of the Board of SIA “LT Piling” (reģistrācijas numurs: 40103906033).
[3] Aleksejs Bakanovs is not a holder of the title to the shares of the akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”.
