Affecto Plc – Stock Exchange Release, 20 October 2016 at 16:00, Helsinki

Affecto decreases its Outlook for 2016

Affecto decreases its revenue and operating profit outlook for 2016. In Finland, the segment is transitioning with larger contracts and into new demand areas, and this transition is taking longer than previously expected. This has an unfavorable impact on the expected financial performance of the Finnish segment in H2 of 2016. In Baltic, the development of Affecto’s Insurance sector business, as well as the Company’s business in Estonia and Lithuania is developing less favorably in H2 of 2016 than previously expected.

At the same time, as communicated before, the Company continues to invest in its evolution and growth capabilities with determination.

New Outlook for 2016:
Affecto expects its FY ’16 revenue to be at the same level or below the previous year, and its FY ’16 operating profit to be below the previous year.

Previous Outlook for 2016 (announced 19 February 2016):
Affecto expects its revenue to stay at the same level or grow slightly and its operating profit to grow in 2016.

Affecto will publish its Q3/2016 interim report on 28 October 2016.
