Brøndbyernes I.F. Fodbold A/S makes a rights issue of up to 255,057,255 new shares each bearing a face value of DKK 0,50. Subscription price is fixed at DKK 0.55 per share of DKK 0.50. Subscription period: 28 October to 10 November 2016, both days inclusive.

Subscription of new shares from the rights issue will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060756658) which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The new shares from the rights issue will be traded in the existing ISIN DK0010247956 after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Business Authority.
