Notice of Scheme Meeting

Further to the announcements issued by the Company on 13 October 2016 and to the
Practice Statement Letter distributed on the same date to holders of the
Company's US$650,000,000 7% senior notes due 15 April 2022 (the "High Yield
Noteholders") and holders of the Company's £155,000,000 5.5% notes due 15
February 2022 (the "Retail Noteholders") and available on the Scheme Website,
and to the announcement issued by the Company on 21 October 2016 giving notice
of the Scheme Convening Hearing, the Court has granted the Company permission to
convene a meeting of Scheme Creditors (the "Scheme Meeting").

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Scheme Meeting will take place at
11 a.m. (London time) on 14 November 2016 at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5
Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA.

Any natural or legal person holding an interest in the Notes (including each
High Yield Noteholder and each Retail Noteholder) is entitled to attend the
Scheme Meeting in person or by proxy. The Explanatory Statement 1and related
documents will be distributed to Scheme Creditors via the Scheme Website and
through the clearing systems.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning
given to them in the Practice Statement Letter.
