About the share decrease of the subsidiary company

25th  of October 2016 Commercial Register of Latvian Republic registered decrease in «Riga electric machine building works» JSC’s ownership in the share capital of the subsidiary company - “RER-Terminals” LTD, registration number 40203010535.

Ownership in the share capital of JSC «Riga electric machine building works» decreased from 91,23% to 82,46%.

Second shareholder of «RER-Terminals» LTD - BSCT LTD now owns 2000 out of 11400 capital shares.
