Holdings Limited" and the fiduciary contributed
those Expedeon-shares into SYGNIS AG. Old Expedeon
shareholders transferred its shares in Expedeon
Holdings Limited to SYGNIS AG as contribution in
kind whereas SYGNIS AG issued new shares to old
Expedeon Holdings Limited shareholders as
remuneration.
