ENQUEST PLC, 26 October 2016 Proposed Scheme of Arrangement Notice of Chapter 15 Recognition Hearing Further to the announcement issued by the Company on 24 October 2016 giving notice that the High Court of England and Wales has granted the Company permission to convene a meeting of creditors in respect of the Company's proposed scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme Meeting"), the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York (the "Court") has scheduled a hearing to consider the relief requested in the Petition and Motion seeking the entry of an order granting, among other things, recognition of the scheme of arrangement as "foreign main proceedings" for the purpose of chapter 15 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") (the "Recognition Hearing"). Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Recognition Hearing will take place at 11:00 a.m. (New York time) on 17 November 2016 in Room 617 of the Court, One Bowling Green, New York, New York.
