LEMMINKÄINEN’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2017 Lemminkäinen Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2017 as follows: 9 February 2017 - Financial statements bulletin 2016 27 April 2017 - Interim report January–March 2017 27 July 2017 - Half year financial report January–June 2017 26 October 2017 - Interim report January–September 2017 Lemminkäinen observes a silent period prior to publication of its financial reports. The silent period begins at the end of each quarter and applies until the publication of the financial report. The silent period shall, however, always include at least 30 calendar days immediately preceding the publication of the financial report, as the case may be. During this period Lemminkäinen does not comment on the financial situation or future outlook of the Group and does not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media. Lemminkäinen’s annual report 2016 will be published during week 9 in 2017. Lemminkäinen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 28 March 2017. Lemminkäinen’s Board of Directors will summon the Meeting later.
