Valmieras stikla šķiedra JSC informs that Stefan Preiss-Daimler, the Member of Audit Committee, has made a statement about resigning from the position of Audit Committee member due to his joining to the management team of P-D Valmiera Glass USA Corp. From now on, till the next general meeting of shareholders, the Audit Committee will be represented by Florian Krome, the Chairman of Audit Committee, and Guntis Strazds, the Member of Audit Committee.
