Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AS Ekspress Grupp held on 26.10.2016 elected the following persons as new Members of Supervisory Board: Marek Kiisa, Peeter Saks and Aleksandras Česnavičius starting from 26.10.2016 and Gunnar Kobin starting from 01.01.2017 as a Member of Supervisory Board.
Marek Kiisa has been the member of the executive board of a telecommunication infrastructure company Astrec Baltic OÜ since 2004 and board member of a company Miss Mary of Sweden OÜ. Starting from 2010, Marek Kiisa is also a board member of a company Dynaplay Estonia OÜ. In addition, since 2015 Marek Kiisa is a founding member and a board member of a Nordic Business Angels Network NordicBAN. Starting from 2016, he is a board member of a company Fitek AS who provides solutions for financial process automation. In addition, Marek Kiisa is a board member of a company ASTREC OÜ, Kiisa Grupp OÜ, Astrec Invest OÜ, Scuderia Nordica OÜ and Papsaare Arendus OÜ.
Marek Kiisa is a supervisory board member of the companies AS Autoinfo.ee, Astrec Data OÜ, Sihtasutus Eesti Autovõidusõidu Ajalugu, Sihtasutus Tuleviku Kool.
Marek Kiisa does not own the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
Peeter Saks has been a managing partner of Baltic countries private equity and venture capital company AS BaltCap since 2005. In addition, Peeter Saks is a board member of the companies BC EKT HoldCo OÜ and Surroundings OÜ.
Peeter Saks is a supervisory board member of the companies AS Epler & Lorez, AS Adam Bd, Intrac Eesti AS, Energate OÜ, Magnetic MRO AS, BPT Real Estate AS, Fitek AS, Eesti Keskkonnateenused AS, Radix Hoolduse OÜ, OÜ Kudjape Ümberlaadimisjaam and Radix Rent OÜ.
Peeter Saks does not own the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
Aleksandras Česnavičius is a Romanian region general manager of the company Central European Media Enterprises Ltd since 2013. Before that, he led the Delfi UAB, who is a subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp in Lithuania.

Gunnar Kobin has been the chairman of the board of AS Ekspress Grupp since 2009. In addition, he is a board member of the companies Griffen Management OÜ, Griffen Invest OÜ, Jolanthe OÜ, Griffen Holding OÜ and Feedback wizards.
Gunnar Kobin has a share option, according to which AS Ekspress Grupp is obliged to hand over the shares of the company in the first quarter of year 2017 in a quantity earned by him by the end of year 2016. As of 30.09.2016 the number of earned shares was 630 400 shares.
