7 February 2017 Annual Report 2016
15 March 2017 Annual General Meeting
20 March 2017 Payment of annual dividend
9 May 2017 Interim Report for the first quarter of 2017
8 August 2017 Interim Report for the second quarter of 2017
7 November 2017 Interim Report for the third quarter of 2017
Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 15 March 2017 must submit the proposal(s) to the Board of Directors’ Secretariat no later than Tuesday 31 January 2017. Proposals must be sent by letter to PANDORA A/S, Board of Directors’ Secretariat attn.: Lars Jensen, Havneholmen 17-19, DK-1561 Copenhagen V, Denmark, or by email to legal@pandora.net.
