The share subscription period for Cleantech Invest Plc's subscription warrants 1-2016 (TO1 A) begins

Cleantech Invest Plc ("Cleantech Invest" or the "Company") carried out a
directed share issue in relation to Company’s secondary listing on First North
Sweden during the period between 19 February and 7 March 2016, where
subscription warrants 1-2016 (TO1 A) were issued to the subscribers of shares
free of charge. The total amount of subscription warrants 1-2016 (TO1 A) is
1,290,320 and each two (2) warrants entitle their holder to subscribe for one
(1) new class A share in the Company. The subscription warrants are traded on
First North Sweden under ticker CLEANT TO1 A until 28 November 2016.

The share subscription period for the subscription warrants 1-2016 (TO1 A) is 1
November – 30 November 2016 and the subscription price per share is SEK 13.00.

It is important to note that any outstanding warrants 1-2016 (TO1 A) that are
not sold on or before 28 November 2016, or alternatively exercised by 30
November 2016, will expire without compensation.
