Construction contract (Lõõtsa 12 office building)


Nordecon AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS entered into a contract for construction of an office building at Lõõtsa 12 in Ülemiste City, Tallinn. The 13-storey building named after Alexandre Liwentaal will house 9,000 m² of office premises. This office building will be built based on the standards of the Leed Gold certificate, meaning that the building will meet strict requirements for so-called “green” buildings from the perspective of environment-friendliness, energy consumption, construction works and the selection of building materials, as well as the use.

The cost of the construction contract exceeds 8 million euros before value added tax. Construction of the office building will be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
