egetæpper a/s has, due to an intended generational handover of Carpet Concept, started negotiations that eventually can lead to the takeover of Carpet Concept.
Carpet Concept was founded in 1994 by Thomas Trenkamp and is today one of the leading manufacturers of carpets in Europe having particular expertise within innovative carpet solutions. The company has approx. 100 employees and a turnover just under 200 mio. DKK. It is anticipated that Thomas Trenkamp will continue as a minority shareholder in the company for a number of years.
Further information will be submitted to Nasdaq if an agreement becomes a reality or if the negotiations are finalized without signing an agreement. This is expected to be clarified by the end of November.
