The Administrator of the restructuring proceedings of Tecnotree Corporation, Attorney-at-Law Jari Salminen, has filed a report on the voting procedure into the District Court of Espoo. As a result of the voting procedure the administrator proposes the Restructuring Programme to be confirmed according to the provisions of the Restructuring of Enterprises Act.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Tecnotree Corporation shall process the Restructuring Programme on November 9, 2016.
The District Court of Espoo shall give its decision in the matter on November 15, 2016.
