Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S has signed an agreement with the Norwegian industrial group Moelven on the divestment of the majority of Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S activities in Sweden. The agreement is between DLH Sweden AB and Moelven Wood AB, and will include the majority of DLH Sweden AB's assets and liabilities, including DLH Sweden AB's property with office and warehouse facilities in Hässleholm. Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S continues servicing of a number of customers in Sweden through the central warehouse, logistics and purchasing function in Denmark. The agreement is expected to be completed during November 2016.
The divestment of the Swedish activities is not expected to affect Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S results for 2016.
After completion of the transaction Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S will be debt free and have a cash reserve of approximately DKK 15 million.
