The powers of the Management Board of INVL Baltic Real Estate have terminated on 10 November 2016 due to the registration of the Articles of Association of a special closed-end type real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate.
The management of INVL Baltic Real Estate will be assumed by the management company INVL Asset Management as soon as the Bank of Lithuania issues the closed-end type investment company license. Egidijus Damulis, former CEO and Chairman of the Board will join the team of INVL Asset Management. Until that moment he will continue to operate as a CEO of the company. The former board members will now be considered to be acting separately in the purpose of application of the Law of Securities of the Republic of Lithuania.
